Local Find is an online marketplace that helps users discover and connect with local service providers, businesses, and professionals.

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary facilitating introductions between users and independent vendors. Local Find does not provide, own, control, manage, or supervise the services offered by vendors listed on the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• All information submitted by you is accurate and complete.

When a user submits an inquiry, quote request, booking request, or contact form:

• The user's details may be shared with one or more relevant vendors.
• Vendors may contact the user through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other communication methods.
• Multiple vendors may receive the same lead and provide quotations or service proposals.

Local Find does not guarantee the number of responses or quotations a user may receive.

By submitting an inquiry, the user expressly consents to such communications.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their business information.
• Service descriptions.
• Pricing information.
• Licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Service quality and customer interactions.

Local Find does not independently verify every listing and makes no representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of vendor information.

Appearance of a vendor on the Platform does not constitute:

• An endorsement.
• A recommendation.
• A certification.
• A guarantee of service quality.

Users are advised to independently evaluate vendors before hiring them.

Any quotations, estimates, offers, or pricing information provided by vendors are solely the responsibility of the respective vendor.

Any contract, booking, payment arrangement, or service agreement is strictly between the user and the vendor.

Local Find is not a party to such agreements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Payments are made directly between users and vendors.
• Local Find is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or service-related claims.

Users may submit reviews based on genuine service experiences.

Local Find reserves the right to remove reviews that:

• Are fraudulent or misleading.
• Contain offensive, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Violate applicable laws or platform policies.

Users agree not to:

• Submit false inquiries.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with Platform operations.
• Harass vendors or other users.

Vendors agree not to:

• Provide misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent business practices.
• Misuse customer information obtained through the Platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Local Find may suspend or remove vendor accounts at its sole discretion.

All trademarks, logos, content, software, designs, graphics, and materials available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Local Find and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Find shall not be liable for:

• Service quality issues.
• Vendor misconduct.
• Delays, cancellations, or non-performance.
• Property damage.
• Personal injury.
• Financial losses.
• Fraudulent acts committed by vendors or users.
• Disputes arising between users and vendors.

Users engage vendors entirely at their own discretion and risk.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Local Find makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of listings.
• Availability of vendors.
• Service outcomes.
• Response times.
• Platform availability or uninterrupted operation.

By using the Platform and submitting inquiries, users consent to:

• Collection and processing of personal information.
• Sharing of inquiry details with relevant vendors.
• Receiving service-related calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, emails, and notifications.

Such consent remains valid unless withdrawn in accordance with applicable laws.

Local Find reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, listing, or access to the Platform without prior notice for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Find, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Their use of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Disputes with other users or vendors.

Local Find may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, India].
